Artwork Description
This work draws on the rigid perfection of Roman statues to explore the exhaustion of maintaining a traditional masculine "mask." By placing a classical figure in a modern, static environment, it highlights the constant pressure men feel to remain as unmoving and indestructible as stone. It is a study of the silent stress born from hiding one's softness to fit a monumental mold.
